What is the refund policy?
You may receive a full refund up until the start date of any of our courses. Please reach out to: training@authentic-presence.org to complete this process
What if I cannot complete a course during the scheduled time?
We understand that things arise that could make completing a course difficult.
For Cultivating Compassionate Presence and Mindfulness and Awareness in End-of-Life Care: If you begin a course and find it not possible to continue during your registered timing, you may talk with your course instructor to see if we could migrate your registration to a later date. In the case this is applicable and possible, we will honor your registration fees as a credit and allow you to join at a later date.
For live events, seminars, workshops, etc: Many times we offer recordings for these events to review later. If so, you will be able to access the recordings like any other participant. We cannot offer refunds after the event has begun.
Continuing Education Credits or Units
Please note, to receive Continuing Education Units (CEU's) requires active attendance, completion of all course requirements, and a fully completed evaluation.
We offer these through the Association of Professional Chaplains, the California Board of Registered Nursing, and the Association for Death Education and Counseling®. These may be transferable to your respective agencies, but cannot guarantee they will be applicable. Please reach out to those agencies directly for their policies.
